Happy with everything

We had an excellent stay in a long time. The hotel was quiet and amazing and located in a beautiful area. The location was fab - just a walk down to everywhere we wanted to go. The staff was all pleasant and exceptional.

large beds and a microwave oven, a fridge, and coffee and tea making facilities. great views of the sea all around. excellent and absolutely perfect location right by the the most beautiful beaches, and sunny praia da luz.

The proximity to two beaches was convenient for relaxation.

Upon arrival, the receptionist was unhelpful and failed to understand our check-in needs. We had to wait outside in the rain for our room, ready but not available until 3pm. The directions to our room were confusing, and it took an unnecessarily long time to locate it.

Room 16-2a was super (maisonette Wohnumg). The only thing missing was a roller shutter upstairs. Got light fast in the morning. Otherwise super apartment.

Top location. Luz is also a very nice place. Much more beautiful than the crowded towns of Albufeira or Lagos! Very nice staff. Very nice apartments. Well equipped. Simply everything top.

Great spot for relaxation

We spent 4 nights in a lovely one-bedroom apartment. Super comfy and clean! The staff were very friendly and had great tips for local spots. The outdoor dining area was lovely for breakfast, but remember you gotta pay extra for the safe in your room. Would've been nice if that was included!

- Price in high season not very cheap

The equipment, especially the kitchen, was great. The whole complex was very well maintained, the pool area was very beautiful. The attached Italian restaurant was excellent. All 3 bedrooms including the corresponding 3 bathrooms were very spacious and very attractively designed.

Slippery tiles everywhere.

Very nice apartment with direct access to the pool - Also very clean and nicely furnished. Also the location is recommendable, the beach and many great restaurants are within walking distance in a few minutes - we will definitely come back.

we were moved to an apartment with dish washer, kitchen, for example. beautiful location to attractions like playa de la luz, that was a short walk to the hotel. the service offered was great.

The one-bedroom unit was massive, with a huge main bath and high-quality furniture. We loved having four balconies, especially the one with the ocean view. It's just a short walk to the beach and many dining options nearby. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Very large and comfortable apartment, neat complex with two bathrooms, the equipment left nothing to be desired. Room service top, very well maintained pool area, very good to relax. . Also highly recommended with small children, paddling pool separate and clean. Sheltered from the wind. No (disturbing) animation, good for those seeking rest. . . Walking distance to the beach, but this path is not very picturesque or idyllic.
